THINGS TO LOOK FORWARD TO

What a wash out weekend!

But I did watch the whole 9 episodes of Flashforward I have [is it just me or is Fiennes TERRIBLE in this?] go and have Sheila's night with Mrs G and Mrs Kipling, ran to the POUNDSAVER to get enough tins to make the Marshmallow Coconut Cake [above] SLEEP FOR HOURS, have some spiritual love moments with Hobart and TA DA:

Monday night The Cardinal and I are going to a wine tasting evening at Dehesa. Something I would love to know more about. I don't really like wine that much and the two times I have been violently ill - one was rosé and the other was red. But surely amongst the 13 people who should be there it should be an interesting evening for sure.

THEN!!! I finally booked the cooking workshop in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu School for "THE SECRET OF MACAROONS" way in February. There are a couple of other workshops that same week that I might enrol in a bit later but we'll see. I actually blew out going to New York around then with one of the Lady Gang to give you an indication of how exciting this will be for me.

Last but not least, closer to home I am going to look for some kind of geology nerd group / course because I am obsessed with rocks, minerals and gems lately. Which is maybe healthier than diseased body parts?
